The Analyst – Operations ROI will be responsible for maintaining data accuracy, troubleshooting process issues, and supporting key business operations in the US healthcare domain. This role requires excellent analytical thinking, communication skills, and the ability to handle complex data with precision.
Analyze, interpret, and validate operational and business data to generate actionable insights.
Troubleshoot technical or data-related issues via phone, email, or internal tools.
Maintain data consistency and integrity across multiple databases and systems.
Research, verify, and update incomplete or mismatched records.
Escalate unresolved queries while ensuring timely closure and documentation.
Ensure full compliance with quality standards and project reporting guidelines.
Graduate in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare, or any related field.
0–3 years of experience in customer operations, data entry, or healthcare analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Familiarity with ticketing tools or data entry systems is a plus.
Basic understanding of the US healthcare domain preferred.
Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
